The Mind's Eye: Psychology of Imagination
Harvard University | Spring 2020
What is imagination? What are the differences between imagination and cognition? How does imagination shape how we interact with the world? This seminar course explored these topics through close readings and discussion. For an example of my innovations in the classroom, see this Harvard news article on virtual museum field trips.

Programming for Psychologists
Harvard University | Spring 2020, Fall 2020
Modern psychology labs look akin to software startups, where much of the work is done on a computer. In this course, I focused on teaching basic programming logic to students with little to no coding experience. We covered the basics of Python and R as well as how each language can be used in psychology research and beyond.

Seminar in Neuroscience, with a focus on Learning and Memory
Elon University | Fall 2017
I developed a seminar course required for students minoring in neuroscience. I chose to split the semester to talk about learning during the first half and then build upon that to talk about what happens to these learned items, aka memory.

Brain Waves and Cognition
Undergraduate Methods Course with Dr. Marty Woldorff | Fall 2017 | Duke University
Designed an electroencephalography (EEG) experiment suitable for undergraduates to understand and complete as part of a class project. Taught labs, including methods instruction, hands-on analyses workshops, and project results and statistics. Oversaw data collection of EEG project, analyzed the data, and provided students with graphs for their research papers, reviewing both rough drafts and final versions of these papers.
